How it works

Three steps, and most of them aren't yours.

From the photo you snap to the posts that land, here's exactly what Wallflower does and what's left for you (hint: a tap).

Try it free for 7 days.

Step 1 · Capture

Capture

Snap it. Anyone can.

Hand the companion app to your team, your partner, even a regular who loves the place. Anyone can snap a photo through the day, and every shot lands straight in your workspace, ready for “fill my week.”

  • Unlimited companion users on every plan
  • Companion users don't take up a seat
  • No exports, no group texts, no files to chase
  • Photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 100 MB
The Wallflower phone app on an iPhone, open to the Capture tab: “Take a photo or video, or pick one from your camera roll. Whatever you capture goes straight to the shared library,” with Camera and Camera Roll buttons.

Step 2 · We make the week

Fill my week

We make the week.

Your photos become posts, captions, and a schedule, shaped to your brand and ready to go.

  • Captions and formatting for each channel
  • Brand voice so it sounds like you
  • Short on photos? Made-for-you images fill the gap: 10/mo on Solo, 50/mo on Pro, and 50/mo in each Enterprise workspace
  • Out of photos today? Draft something on brand from a quick prompt
The Fill My Week screen for Windrow Bakehouse: seven drafts ready for review, one a day starting Monday, October 26. Each card has a bakery photo, a short caption, Facebook and Instagram picked, and an Approve button.
The Create a post screen for Windrow Bakehouse with Facebook and Instagram picked and a photo of seeded rye loaves attached, set to be cropped to 1:1 for each automatically. The Instagram preview shows the photo captioned “This is what a proper seeded rye looks like. Dark, dense, studded with seeds that crack between your teeth.”
The Brand page's How you sound section for Windrow Bakehouse, editing Tone: warm, plainspoken and specific picked as tone attributes, and sliders for formality (2 of 10), humor (3 of 10), enthusiasm (6 of 10) and technicality (4 of 10). Below are vocabulary and go-to topics such as loaf, batch, crumb, proof and the deck.

Sounds like you

Set your brand voice once; every draft follows it.

The Create a post screen for Windrow Bakehouse with no photo attached and the Brief Your Assistant panel open: tone set to Match Windrow Bakehouse and the brief “Pumpkin sourdough is back Friday. Small batch, first come first served.” The finished Facebook draft, pending review, reads “Pumpkin sourdough is back Friday. Small batch, first come first served. If you want one, get here early. #SourdoughBread”, with Edit, Regenerate and Approve this post buttons, and the Facebook preview shows the same text.

Never a blank screen

Out of photos today? We can still draft something on brand from a quick prompt.

The Create a post screen for Windrow Bakehouse with Facebook and Instagram picked and two made-for-you images attached, instagram-generated and facebook-generated, both of country loaves on a wooden bakery shelf under a chalkboard. The Instagram preview shows them as a two-slide carousel captioned “Country loaf, dark rye, and seeded rye are on the shelf this morning. Cardamom buns too, still warm from the deck.”

Made-for-you images

When you're short on photos, we can create on-brand images to fill the gap.

Step 3 · You're posted

Approve

Approve in a tap, or let it go.

Approve in a tap, or let it go out on its own. You decide how hands-on to be.

  • Approve from the web app or the phone app's Review tab
  • Auto-publish when you trust it
  • Change anything before it goes out
The Approvals queue in the web app for Windrow Bakehouse: two Instagram posts waiting, one of a baker shaping dough by the deck oven and one of a loaf going into the oven on a peel beside cooling sourdough, each with its caption and Edit, Reject Instagram post and Approve buttons.
The Wallflower phone app on an iPhone, open to the Review tab on draft 2 of 8: an Instagram post with a photo of country loaves on a market table and the caption “Saturday at the market. Country loaf, dark rye, seeded rye, and cardamom…”, with Pass, Approve and Save for later below.

Approve from your phone

Your week, approved from anywhere.

The Review tab in the phone app shows every post waiting for you. Look it over and approve it in a tap, from the job site, the truck, or behind the counter. No laptop needed.

  • Review tab: everything waiting for approval, in one list
  • Approve in a tap, wherever you are
The Wallflower phone app on an iPhone, swiping right to approve draft 6 of 8 on the Review tab: an Instagram post with a photo of fresh sourdough loaves by the bread oven, captioned “Fresh out of the oven this morning. Stop by before noon…”, tilting away with an Approve stamp, and the next draft underneath.
The Wallflower phone app on an iPhone just after an approval: draft 7 of 8 under the banner “Approved. We'll schedule it.”, with a bakery post sliding off to the left, the next post waiting behind it, and Pass and Approve buttons below.

Publish

Posts where it matters.

  • Pro: all four channels (adds TikTok + X), up to 8
  • Enterprise: all four channels, 8 in each of its 3 workspaces (24 total)

Brand setup for Windrow Bakehouse, a bakery and coffee shop in Hamilton, Montana: the website windrowbakehouse.com with the note “We'll pull from your site to learn your tone and style”, a short description of the breads and pastries, and an uploaded windrow-brand-guidelines.docx being analyzed. Below are the brand's three colors and its voice, The maker, warm and handmade.

Brand setup that learns

Point it at your website, your Instagram and your brand documents. Drafts start on brand from day one.

Importing a content calendar from a spreadsheet: a review of rows 10 to 12 with date, time, platform, content type and caption, such as a carousel on how we feed the starter and a Halloween post. Rows 10 and 12 are valid; row 11 needs attention because “Oct 30th” isn't a recognized date, with a date picker to fix it. An Import 9 rows button sits at the bottom.

Works with what you have

Sync photos from Google Drive, import a content calendar from a spreadsheet, and send posts through approvals.

Can I run more than one brand?

Each brand lives in its own workspace, with its own channels, library, and look. Solo and Pro include one workspace. Enterprise includes three, each with 5 seats and 8 pages or profiles (15 seats and 24 profiles in total), plus 50 made-for-you images and 10 hours of video processing a month in each. Email subscribers are shared across the account.

The workspace switcher open over the Windrow Bakehouse dashboard: Your Workspaces lists Windrow Bakehouse and Marbury Heating & Air, both as owner, and Create new workspace. Beside it, “Windrow Bakehouse at a glance” shows Needs you with 7 posts waiting for approval.

Good questions

The things owners actually ask.

Do you use my real photos or generated ones?

Your real work comes first, because that's what people respond to. When you're short on photos, we can create on-brand images to fill the gap: 10 a month on Solo, 50 on Pro, and 50 in each Enterprise workspace.

What is the companion app?

A lightweight phone app just for capturing. Anyone on your team can snap and send photos in from the field, and companion access is unlimited on every plan.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Solo includes one seat, Pro three, and Enterprise five in each of its three workspaces (15 in total), with unlimited companion-app capture on every plan.

Can I approve posts from my phone?

Yes. The Review tab in the phone app lists every post waiting for approval, and you approve in a tap.

Do I need any marketing experience?

None at all. If you can take a photo, you can run this.

You took the photo. We'll do the rest.

Add a few photos and see your first week of posts before you decide.
