Wallflower Social HQ is a content platform that helps small businesses capture, transform, and publish branded content across social media channels. We handle the heavy lifting — you stay focused on your work.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice when changes are significant.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away at support@wallflowersocialhq.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

One person or business per account, please. You may create separate brand workspaces within your account as your plan allows.

You own your content. Photos, videos, text, and other media you upload remain yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create or capture.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, store, and distribute that content through the Service — because that's what we need to do our job. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and publish the content you upload. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

When the Service transforms your media into posts, captions, or other outputs, the generated content is yours to use. We may retain anonymized, aggregated patterns to improve the Service, but we won't use your individual content to train models shared with other customers.

Generated content is clearly marked within the Service. You're encouraged to review it before publishing — you know your brand better than anyone.

Use the Service for its intended purpose: creating and publishing content for your business. Don't use it to:

• Distribute spam, malware, or content that's hateful, harassing, or illegal
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Resell access without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, with notice where practical.

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others). When you connect these accounts, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf according to your settings.

We're not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, terms, or policies. If a platform connection breaks, we'll do our best to let you know and help you reconnect.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what you choose. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.

If payment fails, we'll try to reach you before taking any action on your account. We don't believe in surprise lockouts.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy, talk to us — we'd rather make it right than lose you.

If we offer a free trial, you can use the Service without charge for the trial period. We'll let you know before the trial ends and won't charge you without confirmation. No sneaky auto-billing.

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.

We may also terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. We'll provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue where possible.

The Service — including its design, code, brand, and documentation — belongs to Wallflower Social HQ. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what's needed to use the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@wallflowersocialhq.com with details and we'll investigate promptly.

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, Wallflower Social HQ's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.

You agree to hold Wallflower Social HQ harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms. We'll let you know promptly if any such claim comes up and cooperate in the defense.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missoula County, Montana.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll notify you through the Service or by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
