How the free trial works

7 days free. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

Every plan starts with 7 days free. You add a card when you sign up, and you're only charged when the trial ends.

Open Billing in Wallflower

1. Start your trial #

   Pick a plan, fill in your business details, and add your card. Your 7 days start right away, with everything in your plan unlocked.

2. During your trial #

   A banner at the top of Wallflower shows how many days are left. To see your plan and trial dates, go to Settings, then Billing.

   TipWant a different card to be charged? Click Update card on the trial banner.

3. When your trial ends #

   Your saved card is charged for your plan, and nothing changes in your workspace. You'll see "Your free trial ends today." on the last day.

   If you added Additional Email Subscribers during your trial, they're free until your trial ends, then renew every month. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged for them either. See Subscriber limits by plan.

   If the payment doesn't go through, your account becomes read-only until you update your card. See Update your payment method.

4. Changed your mind? #

   Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. Go to Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel subscription, then Yes, cancel.

   Your plan stays active until your trial ends. Then your account becomes read-only, and your content is permanently deleted 90 days later. See Cancel your subscription.
