Invite someone to capture
Companion users are unlimited and don't take a seat.
Anyone who takes photos for you can join as a companion user: your team on site, a family member, the person who opens up in the morning. They capture from the phone app, and everything they send lands in your library.
Open Team & Security in Wallflower

Before you start
- You're an Owner or Admin. Only owners and admins can invite or remove teammates.
- You have the email address of the person you're inviting.
Open your team settings #
Go to Settings, then Team & Security. Your team is listed under Team.
Enter their email #
In Invite Team Member, type their address in Email.
Pick the companion role #
Open Role and choose Wallflower Companion App User.
NoteCompanion app users don't count toward your seat usage. Invite as many as you need, on any plan.
Send the invite #
Click Send invite. You'll see "Invitation sent." They show in Team members as a pending teammate until they accept.
TipSent it to the wrong address? Use Cancel Invite on their row and send a new one.They accept and install the app #
They get an email with a subject like "Sam invited you to join Windrow Bakehouse on Wallflower Social". The Accept your invite link opens a page where they click Accept invitation, signing in or choosing Create account first if they need to.
Then they install the companion app and sign in with the same email. See Install the companion app.
NoteCompanion users work from the phone. If they sign in on the web, they see one page pointing them to the app.
Change or remove someone later #
On their row in Team members, use Change role to give them web access, or Remove member to take them off the workspace.
