Approve a post
Owners and admins approve; editors draft.
Drafts wait in Approvals until an owner or admin says yes. Once approved, a post goes out at its scheduled time.

Before you start
- You're an Owner or Admin. Editors can draft, edit and schedule, and approvals stay with owners and admins.
Open Approvals #
Open Content, then Approvals. You can also click Open review queue on the dashboard's Needs you card.

Read the draft #
Each post shows a version for each platform. Read the caption and check the photo. To change anything, click Edit, make your change, and click Save.

Approve #
Click Approve on a platform version, or Approve group to approve every version of the post at once. You'll see "Approved and scheduled. Removed from Approvals."
Not right? Reject it instead. See Review and edit drafts.
Check before you approveDouble-check the date, time and platform. Once approved, the post goes out at its scheduled time.
See it on the calendar #
Open Content, then Calendar. The post sits on its day, ready to go out. When nothing's left to review, Approvals says "All caught up."

Other ways to approve #
- Fill My Week: Approve on a day tile, or Approve all for the whole week.
- Your phone: the Review tab in the companion app. See Approve from your phone.
- Skip the tap: set drafts to go out on their own. See Let posts go out on their own.
